The RENN™ operator friendly design features a hinged tip-up hopper for easy roller inspection. The unique RENN™ cut away frame provides for quick and efficient removal of rolls for service and inspection. Field proven heavy-duty PTO drive system with built in shear bolt protection provides for operator safety.

The Heart of the RENN™ Roller Mill

Precision-machined dynamically balanced 16" diameter rolls with their large diameter removable shafts give you more production with less horsepower. With the RENN™ roller mill you have the flexibility of choosing the roll configuration that meets your needs. Choose from the standard 2 groove per inch flat roll or case hardened rolls - Rockwell 58 "C" - that come in various groove configurations from 4 grooves per inch to 15 grooves per inch. Roller Gap Control Combines with RENN™ Leaf Spring Roller Protection

Convenient worm drive roll adjustment allows for consistent movement of the roll from one single adjusting point. This set and forget feature maintains a consistent roller gap setting. When the roller mill spring is preloaded properly, the worm drive sets the roll gap and the leaf spring maintains the gap. The leaf spring is also designed to assist in allowing foreign objects to pass through the rolls minimizing damage.
