The Renn Mill Center offers two models of unloader - the Model 1214 and the Farm Boy.

Renn Unloader Model 1214

Now, thanks to Renn’s grain bag unloader ingenuity, loading trucks in minutes is a reality. The 14 inch discharge auger efficiently unloads 9ft to 12ft diameter bags quickly and without stress.

Switching from transport to operating mode is a simple task. The operator backs into the grain bag and lowers the machine. Maximum storage volume is achieved thanks to Renn’s bag start up process. To get under way, a very small amount of excess plastic is required to begin unloading, this results in minimum bag waste.

Bag management is the primary feature of the Renn Unloader. To auger grain is a simple task. Being able to process the plastic for recycling during that augering process gives the Renn grain unloader its advantage. When unloading, the empty portion of the plastic bag is lifted off the ground, and is automatically cut in half. Then the Renn bag recovery system winds the used bag onto awaiting spools. As the bag is lifted and pulled onto the drive spools its trajectory is controlled by the Renn roller and hold down system. It is this system that enables the Renn Unloader to virtually unload any size of grain bag. Renn’s continuous flow unloading system effortlessly draws the unloader and power unit into the bag while quickly unloading the bag contents. It is the hydraulic ratchet bag wind up that sets Renn apart. Operators appreciate the simplicity of this grain bag windup system. When the bag is wound up on the drive spools, the operator can then conveniently roll the used plastic onto the rewind spools, resulting in a manageable package that is now ready for recycling.

Able to operate in all weather conditions, Renn’s unique bag collection and recovery system is what enables the Renn Unloader to actually empty a grain bag, for example, out of a snow bank, efficiently and with very little extra effort.

The Farm Boy Grain Bag Unloader

To auger grain is a simple and familiar task! To auger grain out of a bag with maximum efficiency is a uniquely different task. The RENN Farm Boy unloader with its volumetrically balanced grain transfer box easily moves grain into the 14" boost auger. The boost auger moves the grain into the 12" folding discharge maximizing the capacity to efficiency levels operators expect. It is this unique RENN feature that allows the Farm Boy unloader to have such amazing capacities.....when the Farm Boy is at work there is no time to sit around.

A chip off the old block, the RENN Farm Boy Unloader has many of the operational features of its bigger brother the RENN model 1214. From a value perspective, Farm Boy has it all, with an enviable capacity of 150bu/min from either 9ft or 10ft bags.

Convenience! Being able to process the plastic for recycling with the same machine that unloads the bags is a very convenient option to have. RENN's continuous flow unloading system effortlessly draws the unloader and power unit into the bag while quickly unloading the bag contents. As the bag is lifted and pulled onto the windup roll, its trajectory is controlled by the RENN bag windup roller and hold down system. The hydraulic ratchet bag wind up sets RENN apart from others. Operators appreciate the simplicity of this grain bag windup system. When the bag is wound up onto the wind up roll, the operator can then conveniently roll the used plastic onto the optional rewind spools, resulting in a manageable package that is now ready for recycling.
