The RENN GRAIN BAGGER is available in 10’ (RGB10) and 12’ (RGB12, shown above) and is designed to offer a combination of conveyor and/or surge hopper loading.
The bagging process is smoother because the tunnel design conforms more to the natural shape of a filled grain bag removing unnecessary bag stress and sealing problems between the bag and the tunnel. Loading new bags on to machines is the number one cause for down time in the bagging process. Renn has incorporated a fast and easy process for loading bags. The Renn bag boom efficiently lifts the bag and cradle up and onto the tunnel, there is no need to be dragging the bag off of a lifting device onto your tunnel. Thanks to Renn's extra attention to building a unique tunnel design and bag control harness, the operator saves time by improved efficiency during the bagging process. Any volume, any place! When you are done, a simple tie-off process gives you a sealed storage environment for your valuable commodities
When truck unloading is your harvest practice the Renn hydraulic feed conveyor allows for maximum movement with minimal effort. The full length auger design of the Renn Grain Bagger enables the conveyor fill point to be low to the ground. This establishes a low pivot point and enables the operator to get maximum bagger travel from a single unloading point. With the Renn rack and pinion mechanism, you can telescope the conveyor up and out of the way as your transport vehicles bring your commodities to the bagger. After the delivery unit is parked beside the bagger, the conveyor can be moved into place under the trailer. The travel that is permitted by the 22' conveyor eliminates the need to continually move the truck during the unloading process. When your bag is full and it is time to remove the conveyor from the bagger, the Renn conveyor hydraulically lifts itself off the bagger and into transport mode.
