THE MIXING PERFORMANCE KEY
The RENN™ roller mixer incorporates a unique verticle mixing auger system. The integral construction of the mixing tank incorporates a strong mounting bracket permitting the mixing auger to be suspended from the roof by a hub and spindle assembly. With the auger driven from its base, the result is less stress on the entire drive system. In this way, the verticle mixing action is both quick and complete. The large diameter pick-up sweep keeps unloading time to a minimum.


SAMPLE THE QUALITY AS YOU ROLL
A major factor in the success of a ration is monitoring the quality of the ingredients. A convenient built-in grain sampler allows you to monitor your processed grain after rolling and prior to mixing.
Take a closer look! The unique RENN™ rack and pinion hydraulic feed auger was designed for the simplicity of auger movement, allowing the operator to control the direction of the intake auger. With the intake auger conveniently out of the way, the roller mixer can be positioned for easy access into awkward loading situations. Once the machine is in position, the auger can then easily be moved into operating mode.
The heart of the RENN™ roller mixer is the performance proven RENN™ roller mill. The precision-machined dynamically balanced 16" diameter rolls with their large diameter removable shafts give you more production with less horsepower, resulting in optimal grain processing efficiency.


OPERATIONAL SIMPLICITY YOU CAN TRUST
The discharge auger is mounted on a hub and spindle assembly complete with a hand operated disc brake. This allows for smooth and easy auger movement. 		            REAR CONCENTRATE HOPPER
The RENN™ hydraulic-driven rear concentrate auger gives you convenient access for adding supplements and additives.



BUILT HEAVY TO WORK HARD

Thanks to large 16" diameter rolls, the operator friendly RENN™ roller mixer is able to function with considerably less horsepower than a conventional hammer mill. As an added feature, you can choose the RENN™ roll configuration that best suits your rolling needs. Rolls are available from 2 grooves per inch for a coarse rolled feed to 15 grooves per inch with differential drive where fine ground product is required.
